Responsibility

You will be responsible for Roche MS-IVD products road-mapping and marketing. 負(fù)責(zé)羅氏分子診斷解決方案－體外診斷領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃和市場銷售

- Developing and implementing product roadmap: Assessing and implementing product launch and market entry strategy for product portfolio by Roche MS-IVD; Analyzing competitions, gathering market intelligence, segmenting market, and formulating sales argumentation; 開發(fā)和實施生產(chǎn)規(guī)劃: 為羅氏分子診斷解決方案－體外診斷產(chǎn)品評估、實施產(chǎn)品發(fā)布、市場準(zhǔn)入戰(zhàn)略。分析市場競爭力、收集市場情報、劃分市場區(qū)域、制定銷售政策

- Communicating with key opinion leaders and distributors on product launch preparation, updates and information; 與主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的溝通，準(zhǔn)備新產(chǎn)品發(fā)布，更新和維護(hù)信息

- Updating Regional Team with product uptake and on-going marketing plans; 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的實際情況和市場計劃，更新區(qū)域團(tuán)隊的工作

- Internal support on Roche Molecular & Tissue Diagnostics products and information: Conducting product updates and training to distributors, sales team, and application team; 為羅氏分子和組織診斷領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品和信息提供內(nèi)部支持，向分銷商、銷售團(tuán)隊和應(yīng)用服務(wù)團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品更新和培訓(xùn)

- Supporting marketing messaging with an outlook to molecular and tissue diagnostics product portfolio; 通過向市場傳遞分子和組織診斷產(chǎn)品的信息

Qualification

You should hold:

- Master degree or above in the life science discipline (molecular biology, genetics or biochemistry required). Completion of an advanced degree in business (MBA) or related science is strongly desired; 生命科學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)（分子生物、遺傳學(xué)、生物化學(xué)）碩士或以上學(xué)歷，擁有管理（MBA）相關(guān)學(xué)歷者優(yōu)先

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software application; 熟練掌握英語口語及書面表達(dá)，熟練應(yīng)用微軟辦公軟件

- Product & marketing expertise. 對產(chǎn)品和市場推廣的專業(yè)知識

You should have 3 to 5 years experience in sales and /or marketing experience in the diagnostics or pharma industry. Experience in MDx highly preferred.
