Job Summary職位概述:

Reinforce the distribution management in each accountable region

加強(qiáng)所轄區(qū)域的分銷管理

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作職責(zé)  :

1. Manage L1 distribution platform(Cardinal Health China)  inventory, and exercise 4 Cardinal regional platforms fulfillment planning by sales forecast.

管理總經(jīng)銷商庫存，并按照銷售預(yù)測(cè)計(jì)劃執(zhí)行經(jīng)銷大區(qū)分平臺(tái)的訂單。

2. Build up DC commercial operation strategy, and streamline channel management processes SOPs, lead to deployment.

確立DC商務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)策略和方針，優(yōu)化和完善相關(guān)的渠道管理SOP流程，并推進(jìn)到執(zhí)行層面。

3. Lead channel compliance management training programs, including “Anticorruption “ & “ Antimonopoly”. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

負(fù)責(zé)渠道合規(guī)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目，包括“反不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”“反壟斷”等相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的培訓(xùn)。遵循商業(yè)行為準(zhǔn)則，合法合規(guī)開展業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)

4. Initiate channel development projects，propel channel capability and improve channel performance

通過渠道發(fā)展項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施，促進(jìn)渠道能力發(fā)展，提升渠道業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)。

5. Coordinate distributor related audit programs with Compliance, Finance, QA, Legal functions.

同公司其它部門合作（如：合規(guī)部，財(cái)務(wù)部，質(zhì)量管理部，法務(wù)部等）完成經(jīng)銷商相關(guān)審計(jì)項(xiàng)目。

Education& Qualifications教育背景與專業(yè)資格:

1. At least bachelor degree in business, marketing, clinical medicine or related major

大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，商務(wù)，市場(chǎng)，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)

2. Good command of English in both spoken and written

英語說寫能力俱佳

3. Good command of MS office software application

熟練應(yīng)用微軟辦公軟件

Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):

At least 8 years working experience in MNC of Pharmaceutical or Medical Diagnostics or Medical Devise as sales manager or commercial manager, or leader of commercial operation or supply chain manager.

8年以上的跨國(guó)制藥、醫(yī)學(xué)診斷或醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)銷售管理，或經(jīng)銷商管理，或渠道運(yùn)營(yíng)或者供應(yīng)鏈管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
