工作內(nèi)容?提供行政幫助和辦公室維護(hù)?更新行政管理政策和流程?提供出差后勤保障，包括預(yù)定酒店、車票、邀請(qǐng)信、簽證辦理?文具、辦公類產(chǎn)品采購(gòu)?協(xié)助辦理外國(guó)人居住證、就業(yè)證、居留許可等證件?協(xié)助管理公司的班車、餐廳崗位要求?英文或管理專業(yè)?注意細(xì)節(jié)?出色的溝通和人際交流能力?英文良好Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support and office maintenance- Update and communicate standard administration policies and procedures to staff- Provide logistics support to travelers and visitors including flight/train bookings, accommodation, invitation letters, visa application etc.,- Purchase stationary and office suppliers; ensure cost effectiveness- Help the expatriates’ work permit, residence permit and other service to support expatriates;-Manage company shuttle buses- Ensuring the clean, comfortable, considerate working environment to all of the staffs.- Assist to manage canteen and maintain the food and service quality;- Other service such as coordinating courier service for employees and being a visitor helper- Prepare monthly expanse reports including: flight/train ticket, office suppliers etc.- Participate in ad-hoc projectsQualification:1.Education BackgroundBachelor degree with major in English or business administration2.Skills & Knowledgea.Detail oriented; Proactive / Initiative and customer focusb.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillc.Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarind.Strong computer skills, proficiency in using MS and relevant systemse.Team work spirit
