主要職責 Responsibility:1.協(xié)助支持銷售和市場部門工作Support to sales & marketing team's work2.接收和收集客戶需求并反饋給相關(guān)部門，跟進結(jié)果Receive and collect customer’s consulting and request, while feedback to relevant departments and follow up till to final resolution supplied3.收集產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題，并將信息準確的反饋給公司相關(guān)部門Collect the problem and abnormal information related to product quality, and deliver the accurate information to relevant departments4.負責收集、報告并跟進銷售合同In charge of collecting, reporting and monitoring the status of sales contract executing5.任職要求Requirements:1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，良好的英文口語以及書寫能力Bachelor degree or above, good English spoken and written ability2.較高的專業(yè)素質(zhì)和較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力Professional, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
