PR- PO management for materials, service, or investment purchasing according to negotiation and sourcing result conducted by procurement supervisor and manager. To support procurement team to achieve the target of cost reduction, on time delivery, reliable quality and other procurement KPI. Small value sourcing and negotiation for assigned categories. Process compliance verification and purchasing risk mitigation. Leads communication related to service in scope (internal and external) Other assignments from procurement manager

任職要求：

At least 2 years related purchasing experience, especially in PO handling process. Familiar with the pharmacy or medical industrial supplier base is preferred Work experience in multinational company Figure sensitive, clear logic thinking and process concept. Strong at ERP system, highly prefer SAP. Basic contract negotiation and commercial sense. MS-Office Software such as Power point and Excel. Bachelor degree or above.
